By accessing or using M3U Maker at m3umaker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

• You must provide a valid email address to register
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service

You agree not to use M3U Maker to:

• Upload, store, or process playlist files containing links to illegal content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

You retain ownership of any playlist files you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use and process the URLs and data contained in those files.

M3U Maker is a playlist editing tool only. We are not responsible for the content of streams or media linked to in your playlists.

To manage server resources, uploaded files may be automatically deleted if your account has been inactive for more than 14 days. Your account and settings are retained, and files can be re-uploaded at any time.

We strive to keep M3U Maker available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

M3U Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M3U Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
