What is Xtream Codes?

Xtream Codes is a widely used IPTV panel API. Providers give you a host, port, username and password instead of a direct M3U link. Most IPTV players (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, OTT Navigator) accept both formats, but some only take an M3U URL — this tool turns the Xtream credentials into that URL.

How do I get an M3U URL from Xtream Codes credentials?

The Xtream API exposes the playlist at /get.php with your username, password and the m3u_plus type. This tool builds that URL for you: http://HOST:PORT/get.php?username=YOU&password=PASS&type=m3u_plus&output=ts. Paste the resulting URL into any IPTV player or save the file your browser downloads.

What is the difference between m3u and m3u_plus?

m3u is the bare minimum (channel URL and name). m3u_plus adds the metadata most players want: tvg-id, tvg-logo, group-title. Choose m3u_plus unless your player explicitly needs the basic format.

What output format should I pick — TS or M3U8?

TS (MPEG Transport Stream) is the most widely compatible and is the right default. M3U8 (HLS) plays better on iOS and Safari but a few legacy boxes do not support it. If unsure, try TS first.

Are my Xtream credentials sent to your server?

No. The URL is built entirely in your browser. We never see your host, username or password — they are not transmitted anywhere, not logged, and not stored.
