Terms of Service

By accessing or using M3U Maker at m3umaker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

• You must provide a valid email address to register
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service

M3U Maker offers a free plan and paid Starter and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.

• Free trial. Eligible new users may start a 7-day free trial of a paid plan. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and the first payment is taken at that point.
• One trial per person. The trial is available once. Deleting your account and registering again with the same email address does not grant a new trial.
• Auto-renewal. PayPal subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Subscription in your dashboard.
• Cancellation. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for (or until the trial end date if you cancel during a trial), after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
• Price changes. We may change plan pricing; any change applies to future billing periods only and will be communicated in advance.

Paid plans can be paid via PayPal (recurring subscription) or in USDT cryptocurrency (one-time, per month).

• Crypto payments are not recurring. Each paid period must be renewed manually by sending a new payment.
• You must send the exact amount on the correct network from the wallet address you registered, within the time window shown (24 hours, with a short grace period for late confirmations).
• Crypto transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, in the wrong amount, or after the payment window has closed.
• Having an active PayPal subscription and also paying with crypto does not stop PayPal billing — you must cancel the PayPal subscription separately.

Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Because M3U Maker is a digital service supplied immediately, when you start a paid plan you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been provided. You confirm this with a checkbox at checkout.

You agree not to use M3U Maker to:

• Upload, store, or process playlist files containing links to illegal content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

You retain ownership of any playlist files you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use and process the URLs and data contained in those files.

M3U Maker is a playlist editing tool only. We are not responsible for the content of streams or media linked to in your playlists.

To manage server resources, uploaded files may be automatically deleted if your account has been inactive for more than 14 days. Your account and settings are retained, and files can be re-uploaded at any time.

You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time from Account → Delete Account. Deletion erases your playlists, source files and personal content, cancels any active subscription, and anonymises your activity history. This action cannot be undone.

Payment and billing records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law, after which they are deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We strive to keep M3U Maker available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

M3U Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M3U Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account yourself at any time (see section 10) or contact us at [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
